ASUS Zenfone 3 comes in two flavors, 5.7 inch and 5.5 inch. The 5.7 inch model comes with a faster Snapdragon 821 processor and better specs, which is what we unboxed today.
Design on the Zenfone 3 features all-metal unibody that has been resigned from ground up. I think ASUS has done a terrific job of polishing their design from its previous Zenfone models. It feels light in your hands with smooth feel of metal all-around while its design stands out with awesome brushed metal touches on the front and also by the back camera.
Software seems to have improved with less ASUS bloatware and easier navigation. Of course, the biggest improvement this year comes with its camera, featuring Sony IMX318 sensor, same as one found on Sony Xperia X smartphone. In my initial unboxing, I could tell right away camera is quite decent and OIS for 4K videos work very well.
I should have a full review of the Zenfone 3 Deluxe soon but for right now it looks very promising and or probably one of the better 5.7 inch smartphones you can buy right now. If you want to grab this phone right now, you can get it on B&H Photo for $499.
