LG V20 vs. Huawei P9 SOT(Screen-On-Time) Battery Test!

In our latest HighOnAndroid SOT test, we take up the new LG V20 vs. Huawei P9.

The results?  Pretty fascinating as the LG V20 got 6 hours 20 minutes while Huawei P9 finished close at 6 hours and 14 minutes.

Since LG V20 has removable batteries (and really the only flagship company still offering removable batteries), you could easily go 12 hours 40 minutes with an extra battery in your pocket or a whopping 19 hours with 2 extra batteries.  While long battery life wasn’t really a highlight of older LG smartphones, LG has really proved itself with the LG V20.  Also having the latest Android 7.0 Nougat definitely helped.

The Huawei P9 also did excellent with 6 hours and 14 minutes, which should be very comparable to what you would get on Honor 8 that has nearly the same specs.

Overall, both phones did actually impress me as they both last over 6 hours, which is fairly a good mark based on our previous tests.
