Best Android Smartphones 2014 & 2015! [Buying Guide]

Whether you are thinking about getting a new 2015 flagship smartphone like the Galaxy S6 or maybe getting the 2014 LG G3 as prices have dropped in half, here’s some of my thoughts into the Android smartphones from 2014 and 2015.

Now, this buying guide is geared towards people who want to know some of the highlights of each of these phones and I wanted to include some of my thoughts on rooting and custom ROM development on each.  This isn’t probably the best guide in the world but then again, I have personally bought all of these phones with my hard, earned money and yes, I have used them all as daily driver.  If you are in the market to buy a new phone or used phone, this guide should help you.

Note Edge Official Wallet Flip Case Unboxing & Review!

After using my Galaxy Note Edge with a regular case for about a month, I realized that although the edge screen is really to cool and useful, it’s not as useful without the use of a flip case, which allows use of the edge screen while the screen is turned off.

I finally got my Note Edge Wallet Flip Case (and yes this is the official one from Samsung) and boy, it makes my Note Edge 10 times better.

Galaxy Note Edge Unboxing!

Although I was not planning to get a Galaxy Note Edge because I felt like the edge screen wasn’t such a big deal, I ended up getting one during my visit to South Korea and really falling in love with the device.  The Galaxy Note Edge is a slightly-modified version of the Galaxy Note 4, which comes with an edge screen that allows you to access your app shortcuts, put news/stock tickers, use it as ruler/voice recorder, and even some more.  If you set your nighttime hours, the Note Edge will even act as a clock.
