OnePlus One Unboxing!

My first thought on OnePlus One?

I usually don’t buy non-flagship phones made by smaller companies nor do I buy first generation products but I decided to break my first rule of thumb since OnePlus One seemed very promising, especially considering how cheap the phone is (I mean the price, not the build).

LG G3 Review!

The LG G3 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor at 2.5Ghz with 3GB of memory. This is on-par with Galaxy S5, which has same processor but less memory.  For storage of your apps, photo, videos, and other personal files 32GB of storage is provided as internal storage and up to 128GB of storage via its microSD card slot.

Android 5.0 L Preview!

Google has released a “preview” version of upcoming Android 5.0 KeyLimePie dubbed “Android L Preview”.  This isn’t the final version nor is it recommended as daily driver but there’s some drastic UI changes.

My favorite feature on it is the new Lockscreen notifications.  Although I have been enjoying this feature on most of my Android devices with use of custom ROMs, I am beginning to believe that Google is actually implementing a lot of features that are on custom ROMs into the official Android OS.   It’s definitely headed in the right direction I think.

Wireless Charging Receiver For Galaxy Smartphones?

Today, we will be talking about Wireless Charging.

Many new phones like Nexus 4, Nexus 5, and the new Nexus 7 support wireless charging out of the box as it ships with a wireless charging module embedded.

For phones like Galaxy Note 3, Note 2, Galaxy S5, S4, and S3, you can also get the same capabilities by using Wiress Charging Receiver Module, which is a thin piece of film that will be able to convert electromagnetic fields into electricity into your battery, that all fits between your battery and your back cover.

Download Booster on Galaxy S5 Demo and HowTo!

Probably the most innovative smartphone feature of the year 2014 is the Download Booster on the latest Samsung Galaxy S5.

What is Download Booster?

Download Booster, just like as the name implies, boosts your download speeds for large files (for videos, music, and even custom ROMs) by using both your WiFi and 4G LTE networks at the same time!

Galaxy S5 Unboxing and Review!

Galaxy S5 has been released officially couple days ago and I have finally got my hands on the latest Galaxy S5.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 features a 5.1-inch screen with full 1080P screen with Gorilla Glass 3, which is basically identical to Galaxy S4 but with slightly larger screen this year. The Super AMOLED screen on the Galaxy S5 is noticeably brighter than the S4 (in real life) and this may help you see the screen better in the sun.

Nexus 5 DROP TEST with a CruzerLite Case!

It seems to me pretty obvious that the Nexus 5 screen will crack if you drop it without a case.  So to prove the point, I did a drop test of my brand, new Nexus 5 with a CruzerLite case, which I have been using for many of my other Android devices and it protects your phone well, especially the screen.
