While most of us in the U.S. are still stuck in ice ages with regular 4G LTE, I found out that through my recent travel to Thailand that they already have 4G LTE Advanced (or 4G LTE+) with coverage pretty much all over the country. I have tried 4G LTE Advanced a few years back in South Korea where it is also widely spread but it was rather surprise to see it in Thailand as they didn’t even have 4G LTE for the last 4 years I have visited the country.
As a person who have traveled to more than 6 different countries in the last 6 months, I can tell you which U.S. carriers are the best for getting data and voice overseas.
