LG V60 Hands-On Review!

I had the pleasure of trying the LG V60 for a few hours last week in San Francisco and here’s some of my early thoughts/hands-on review of the new LG flagship.  First of all, LG has gone with the “V” series this year as their main flagship and the “G” series may be gone forever(but it may come back).  I really like that LG has gone with the bigger brother “V” series as their flagship as I do prefer their bigger models.

Galaxy Tab S6 Unboxing & Setup Walk-Thru!

Here’s me unboxing the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 and setup walk-through.  Overall, I really like the snappy performance with Snapdragon 855 processor, high-resolution 10.5-inch 1600×2560 resolution Super AMOLED display, rich-sound from its quad speakers, and the S-Pen giving you accurate, pressure-sensitive feel.  The Galaxy Tab S6 back cameras are decent with a super-wide angle and regular camera capable of 4K videos.  It is still missing slow motion videos, which I would like to see in future models.  Front camera is decent, 1080P only and wish Samsung had stuck the same front camera from the Galaxy S10/Note 10 series as I feel front camera is more useful for tablets. Battery life should be very, very long with its whopping 7040mAh battery.  I should have a full review eventually but for right now, this is definitely the best Android tablet you can buy right now.

Havoc ROM Review!

Havoc ROM has an awesome charging animation that shows you real-time charging current, voltage, and temperature of your Android smartphone. This is especially great for checking if your phone is fast charging using Quick Charge or DASH.

Why I am NOT Buying Galaxy Note 10 “Right Now”!

Every year, Samsung releases the Galaxy Note series about 6 months after the S series.  For example, the Galaxy S10 was launched in March earlier this year and the new Galaxy Note 10 will be available at end of August.   This timing “gap” allows means you are getting much of the same but paying a lot more.
