Galaxy Nexus vs. Nexus S!

Many of you wonder what the latest Google superphone Galaxy Nexus has improved over the Nexus S.

Well, there’s a lot of improvements such as the TI OMAP 4460 1.2Ghz dual-core processor from just a single-core 1Ghz processor but as far as form factor goes, the Galaxy Nexus has stayed relatively the same, just bigger with more display real estate.

Of course, don’t forget that the Galaxy Nexus is the first Android smartphone launched with Google’s new Ice Cream Sandwich OS, which is great by the way. ICS brings new cool features like NFC (to share between phones or use as credit card using Google Wallet app), Face Unlock, and smoother/faster user experience.

The camera has improved vastly too, with no-lag shutter that allows you to take action photos instantly instead of waiting for camera focus.

Overall, I would have to admit Google has done a great job of upgrading their previous Nexus S to Galaxy Nexus, certainly worthy of Nexus trademark name.
