HTC Evo Design 4G with World Phone Coming Soon to Sprint!

After blockbuster releases like HTC Evo 3D and the Evo 3D, HTC announces another Evo series, this one with SIM card support for world roaming, the HTC Evo Design 4G.

Rather than stuff it with more extra features, the Evo Design 4G has been watered down to minimal necessities with 1.2Ghz single-core processor, 1.3 megapixel front-camera, 5 megapixel back-camera, Android 2.3 Gingerbread, 4″ qHD screen, 3G and 4G WiMax.

All of this results in a slimmer, lighter phone and I have to agree the world phone feature is definitely a seller on this one for international business travelers.

Of course, we would really also like to see a slightly-beefed up version of Evo soon, the Galaxy S2 has really taken over the Android market lately and with the announcement of phones like the Droid Razr and Galaxy Nexus, HTC will have to intro some slimmer-bodied smartphones to keep up.
