Huawei P9 Unboxing! [Amazing Leica Technology]

I am always in search of the best smartphone with the best camera as this is something that I am really looking for.  Well, the Huawei P9 just came out not too long ago and I have finally been able to try out its new Leica camera technology.

The Huawei P9 uses two cameras, one RGB and the other monochrome and fuses two photos (supposedly) to give you a more detailed photo.  On top of this, you get a special mode that allows you to change aperture while taking the photo to give you extra shallow depth of field like a DSLR camera.

As for specs, the Huawei P9 comes with a 5.2-inch IPS LCD 1080P screen along with Huawei’s latest Kirin 955 processor, rear fingerprint sensor, microSD card slot, and USB Type C.  Now, the focus on this phone is definitely its Leica camera technology and boy, it has really impressed me during my unboxing.  Now, this aperture control doesn’t work all that well unless you are shooting close-up objects less than 10 feet I found out after I did my unboxing video.  Still, if this technology could be improved, the Huawei P9 could be a smartphone with a killer camera.

I should have a full review of this device but in the meanwhile, it is definitely one of the most interesting Android smartphones I have tried this year.
