It still amazes me how many people think iPhone 4S “still” has better photos and videos than newer Android smartphones. Well, here’s something to get you out of denial, just accept the truth, something made in 2011 is NOT going to be anywhere near as good as Galaxy S3.
Here’s benchmarking test between the Galaxy S3 GT-i9300 with Exynos 1.4Ghz Quad-core processor vs. Galaxy S3 T999 Qualcomm S4 1.5Ghz Dual-core processor.
Well, I did get my hands on finally on a U.S. Galaxy S3 model, all of them which are identical to each other as far as main hardware specs go. Here’s unboxing of T-Mobile Galaxy S3 SGH-T999.
Galaxy S3 probably has the best camcorder out of every smartphone on the market today. Here’s a full 1080P video test in complete darkness at a local Dubstep concert, Opulent Massive 2012 in Treasure Island, San Francisco, California.
So, you want to know if Galaxy S3 or HTC One X/Evo 4G LTE is better?
Well, here’s my honest thoughts about the 3 different phones. If you asked me about the major features that make Galaxy S3 stand above HTC One X and Evo 4G LTE, I would tell you with a straight-face that the Galaxy S3 has much better camcorder abilities and replaceable back cover that allows for you to go on days with extra batteries.
The latest flagship for Sprint HTC Evo 4G LTE is a slightly-modified brother of HTC One X Android smartphone. It’s actually the better version of all HTC One X as it comes with a micro-SD card slot, dedicated camera button, bigger 2000mAh battery, and even comes with a aluminum-anodized kickstand that works in two different angles.
I was pretty happy when I got my HTC Evo 4G LTE yesterday. It was 5 days late of official launch date of 19th but I didn’t mind since it wasn’t Sprint’s fault rather Apple’s injunction against HTC.
I received a surprise mail yesterday, it turns out it’s the new HTC Evo 4G LTE! I still hate any type of patent trolling but am so happy that I finally got this phone.
