Galaxy S9 Plus + DJI Osmo Mobile Gimbal = 4K 60fps AWESOMENESS!

Here’s how to make great 4K 60fps videos w/ Galaxy S9 Plus and DJI Osmo Mobile gimbal.  YouTube adds a lot of artifacts(due to rendering) when viewed with anything less than 4K, so please try to watch the video in at least 1440P or 4K.  If you are using Samsung Galaxy device such as S9 or S9 Plus, make sure your display setting is set to 1440P first otherwise you will be limited to 1080P only.

Galaxy S9 vs. iPhone X Low-Light Camera Comparison!

Over the week I borrowed my friend’s iPhone X and was able to do some low-light camera comparisons with photos and videos.  These were all taken in auto mode for both phones and also 4K 30fps auto mode for videos.  The result?  Galaxy S9’s F1.5 is indeed impressive.   In low-light, there is clear advantage to using Galaxy S9’s F1.5 over iPhone X’s F1.8.

Install Google HDR+ Camera on Galaxy S9/S9+ or Any Android!

For those of you who want to get Google HDR+ camera on your Samsung Galaxy S9/S9 Plus or any Android smartphone(should work on most), now you can do it using XDA user KisaKuKu’s port.   While many other ports have not worked with latest Samsung S9/S9 Plus, this latest version works great and as you can see in the video, you can get nearly identical or better performance as Pixel 2 camera by using Google HDR+ camera.  I have also tested on other devices like LG G6 and LG V20, both of which also work really well with this version of Google HDR+ camera and improves your photos by a mile.

Galaxy S9 Plus Review!

Galaxy S9 Plus?  Is it the absolutely the best smartphone out in 2018?   In terms of overall performance/value, I would like to say so.   The Galaxy S9 Plus is Samsung’s latest flagship featuring Snapdragon 845 (or Exynos 9810) processor, 6.2 inch 1440P AMOLED curved screen, 6GB of RAM, 64/128/256GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, 12MP F1.5/F2.4 dual back cameras, 8MP F1.7 front camera, stereo speakers, and Iris/Fingerprint/Face scanners for security.  Packing a ton of features(as usual), Samsung has launched a beastly smartphone that may well be its best so far.

AMAZING Galaxy S9 960fps SUPER Slow Motion Golf Happy Gilmore Style!

Here’s Galaxy S9 960fps SUPER slow motion me doing some golf trick shots in happy gilmore style.  While the Galaxy S9 super slow motion mode is not perfect as it only auto-captures when things in its square box is moving, it does quite well in capturing super slow motion actions if you don’t have someone else to take the video for you.  I only wish the square box could be set to custom locations and it would make it perfect.
