Google will push out Android 8.0 Oreo update via OTA(over-the-air) eventually but if you are too impatient to wait or you are on a rooted phone with custom ROM, you can manually install it using Google factory images.
In this quick tutorial, I am going to show you how to install the latest Android O Preview, Google’s next iteration of Android operating system, quick and easily using fastboot and your computer. You can use Windows, Mac, Linux, or even Chromebook to install the new Android O firmware image files. In our last camera comparison, Nexus 6P killed Galaxy S7 Edge and HTC 10 in low-light, thus becoming the king of low-light photos in the smartphone world. Even now, I carry my Nexus 6P just for taking those crispy photos in the dark, it’s definitely still more useful than any other smartphone I have ever owned.
In my last camera low-light shootout, the Nexus 6P came out on top of all 2016 flagship smartphones like the Galaxy S7/S7 Edge and HTC 10 and I wanted to find out exactly what’s going on. Was it the big sensor size? Perhaps good camera software? Or was it simply because better HDR mode? In order to satisfy my thirst to find out why Nexus 6P outperformed new phones, I did a dynamic range test.
