[DO NOT BUY REVIEW] – Nest BROKE MY HEATER & VOIDS WARRANTY!

Ever since I got my Nest thermostat, I thought it was really cool and saved me a ton of energy when I wasn’t home.  Plus, with the introduction of Google Home, I was able to control my thermostat with my voice.  Well, those are great things but did you know installing Nest voids warranty on most HVAC heater/AC systems?

OnePlus 6 Review After 2 Months! – Finally a Flagship Killer!

I’ve used almost every OnePlus smartphone ever since the original OnePlus One came out a few years back and have to conclude that the OnePlus 6 is the most impressive so far.  In fact, these days I use the OnePlus 6 more than any of my other smartphones.  In this review, we are going to cover what’s good and bad with the OnePlus 6 and also why it can finally be a “flagship killer”.

OnePlus 6 Unboxing & Review Quickie!

This is unboxing of the all-new OnePlus 6 smartphone & review quickie after using it for about 24-hours.  The OnePlus 6 comes with latest Snapdragon 845 processor, 6 or 8GB of RAM, 64 to 256GB of storage, 6.28-inch AMOLED screen w/ 19:9 ratio, and dual SIM sluts.  After fondling with the new OnePlus 6 for about a day, I think I may have found a great smartphone I can recommend for under $600 that is not a Samsung or LG.

[DO NOT BUY REVIEW] Tempered Glass for Galaxy S9/S9+, Note 8, S8/S8+!

For those of you thinking about buying a tempered glass protector for your Samsung Galaxy curved-screen phone like the Galaxy S9, S9 Plus, Note 8, S8, or S8 Plus, you may want to know a few things before getting one.  Now, many of tempered glass being sold on Amazon (or retail stores) currently are pretty much the same, just branded differently.   Since my last DO NOT BUY REVIEW on tempered glass for Galaxy S7 Edge, tempered glass have evolved and they are very, very easy to install these days.  Most of these new tempered glass come with an installation kit that allows you to easily install them within minutes.

Galaxy S9 Plus Review!

Galaxy S9 Plus?  Is it the absolutely the best smartphone out in 2018?   In terms of overall performance/value, I would like to say so.   The Galaxy S9 Plus is Samsung’s latest flagship featuring Snapdragon 845 (or Exynos 9810) processor, 6.2 inch 1440P AMOLED curved screen, 6GB of RAM, 64/128/256GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, 12MP F1.5/F2.4 dual back cameras, 8MP F1.7 front camera, stereo speakers, and Iris/Fingerprint/Face scanners for security.  Packing a ton of features(as usual), Samsung has launched a beastly smartphone that may well be its best so far.

Galaxy S6/S6 Edge Android 8.1 Oreo + Root! [Review & Install Guide]

Samsung has stopped updating the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge since Android 7.0 Nougat and for those of you who want to still get latest Android 8.1 Oreo + root, here’s how to do it.  Now, this is NOT a Samsung Touchwiz firmware, rather custom ROM or AOSP(What is AOSP?)  But you will get much better performance and battery life over Samsung Touchwiz plus the latest and great Android 8.1 Oreo so I don’t see why not.  The NexusOS ROM comes with all the standard features of latest Android 8.1 Oreo and a few additions like Always On Display.
