How to Install Android 9.0 Pie w/ Root on OnePlus One!

For those of you who have a OnePlus One, Android 9.0 Pie is now available through a custom ROM called PSOP(Potato Open Sauce Project).   Now, this ROM has pretty much everything working out of the box including voice calls, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, NFC, etc…etc… Developer says GPS is a bit wonky but seems to work fine for me after using the GPS Fix app on the Play Store.  Battery life is excellent(as you will also be able to benefit from Android 9.0 30% improved battery) as the new Android P will prioritize apps and save battery by shutting down apps wasting battery life.  Performance is also excellent with Antutu scores of 66,000.  For right now, this seems like the best way to experience Android Pie 9.0 on your OnePlus One.  I’ve also tested calls both on speakers and bluetooth with my car bluetooth and they seemed to work flawless.  While many other Android devices have trouble with bluetooth, OnePlus One does well as it was designed to work well with AOSP(What is AOSP?).

Dual Speaker MOD for OnePlus 6! [Stereo Sound]

Do you want to get stereo sound out of your OnePlus 6?  Well, the dual speaker MOD is finally here for the OnePlus 6 as a Magisk module.  Installing this MOD will give you full stereo sound by using your earpiece as additional speaker.  This is 100% safe to do as we have dual speaker MOD on many other Android devices including most of previous OnePlus Android smartphones like OnePlus 5, 5T, 3, 3T and most of my Galaxy smartphones have dual speaker mod.

Resurrection Remix ROM for Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus! [Android 8.1 Oreo + Root]

Want the latest and greatest Android 8.1 Oreo with root on your Samsung Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus without the TouchWiz additives from Sammy?  Well, the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus are the best supported devices for AOSP ROMs(What is AOSP?) like LineageOS or Resurrection Remix ROM.  I was skeptical myself, as I have been flashing AOSP ROMs for Galaxy devices for over 7 years and most of the time, these custom ROMs are full of bugs in the first few months.  Well, I was wrong, EVERYTHING is nearly flawless out of the box with the Resurrection Remix ROM(thanks to flawless LineageOS ROM base).  If you don’t like TouchWiz, this is probably the best way to convert your Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus into a full-fledged pure Android device like Pixel phones.

Galaxy S6/S6 Edge Android 8.1 Oreo + Root! [Review & Install Guide]

Samsung has stopped updating the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge since Android 7.0 Nougat and for those of you who want to still get latest Android 8.1 Oreo + root, here’s how to do it.  Now, this is NOT a Samsung Touchwiz firmware, rather custom ROM or AOSP(What is AOSP?)  But you will get much better performance and battery life over Samsung Touchwiz plus the latest and great Android 8.1 Oreo so I don’t see why not.  The NexusOS ROM comes with all the standard features of latest Android 8.1 Oreo and a few additions like Always On Display.
