Here’s a quick tutorial on how to unbrick/unroot your Xiaomi Android device stuck on fastboot. Sometimes your Xiaomi device can get stuck on fastboot like it did several times for me on my Xiaomi Mi 9 while installing a custom ROM. If you happen to flash the wrong stuff, this can easily happen but no worries, there’s an easy fix.
In this video, I show you how I converted my Xiaomi Mi 9 into a Pixel 3! I hate MIUI OS that comes with Xiaomi phones but fortunately you can easily root and install a custom ROM like Pixel Experience ROM which fully converts your Xiaomi Mi9 into a Pixel 3, or better than Pixel 3 since it has 3 back cameras, wireless charging, and at half the cost!
The Pocophone F1 is without a doubt the best value on an Android smartphone with the latest Snapdragon 845 processor, retailing at just $300 USD. There are even reports that Xiaomi is selling this smartphone at a loss. In this review, I am going to cover the good and the bad about the Pocophone F1.What’s good with the Pocophone F1?
In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to unlock the bootloader on ANY Xiaomi Android smartphone or tablet. Now, Xiaomi provides bootloader unlocking tool(a Windows program) that will allow you to easily unlock bootloader on ANY Xiaomi Android device. Here’s Xiaomi Pocophone F1 Unboxing! Xiaomi has launched a $300 Android smartphone with latest Snapdragon 845 processor(just like found on latest Galaxy S9/Note 9/LG G7) witth 6.18-inch 1080P screen(2246×1080 resolution), 6 or 8GB of RAM, 64/128/256GB of storage, 12MP + 5MP back cameras, 20MP front camera(same as Mi8), 4000mAh battery, microSD card slot, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. For what Xiaomi is offering, this may be the deal of the century on a smartphone that has flagship-like specs at budget prices.
Here’s my full review of the Xiaomi Mi8. In my opinion, this is the best budget smartphone I have ever bought and perhaps the best smartphone under $450. It’s got the latest Snapdragon 845 processor, 6GB of RAM(or 8GB if you go for the 128GB model), 6.21-inch Super AMOLED screen(that’s bright as any Samsung/LG), fast performance, dual-SIM, and have killer camera(keeps up to Pixel 2 in both daylight/low-light). If you want to save a few bucks this year on a smartphone that pretty much does everything a flagship does, this is it! Of course, Pocophone could be even better, I should have full unboxing/review of that also.Design
Today, Xiaomi launches Pocophone F1, an Android smartphone with latest Snapdragon 845 processor that starts at just $300 USD. Expected to release on August 29th next week, the Pocophone F1 gives you performance of a flagship phone at 1/3 the cost! Pocophone F1 has 2 rear cameras, a 12MP F1.9 and 5MP F2.0 depth sensor along with a 20MB F2.0 front camera. Interestingly Xiaomi has cut down on the cost of its screen by utilizing the older Gorilla Glass 3, which I think is actually great idea if it can cut down on price. It does feature an 18.7:9 ratio 1080×2246 pixel IPS LCD screen, which may be the ultimate deciding factor for some of you who want a good screen. Pocophone F1 also has a whopping 4,000mAh battery along with Quick Charge 3.0, which should prove great for those who need all-day battery life. The back is covered by cheap, polycarbonate material, cutting down the prices further.
I recently ordered Xiaomi Mi 8 due to the affordability of this Android smartphone as the official price is $421, which is even cheaper than OnePlus 6 by a full $100. Now, this is probably the cheapest smartphone you can buy that has the latest Snapdragon 845 processor. While manufacturers like Samsung are raising their prices steadily every year, it seemed to me that perhaps cheaper alternatives like the Mi 8 could be very good.
