After pre-ordering from a bunch of different eBay sellers and trying to get a hold of blue color, I ended up ordering a Maple Gold dual SIM model SM-G950FD as blue models were either not available or way overpriced. The main reason I got this over the U.S. models is because the bootloader is unlocked on international models and you can easily root the phone.
As far as contents of the box, it is 100% identical to the U.S. models. The only difference between the U.S. model and this one is that this model is 100% unlocked (you can use on AT&T or T-Mobile) plus it has the Exynos CPU instead of Snapdragon 835. Of course, the dual SIM model also allows you to use 2 SIM cards or 1 SIM and microSD card, which is a nice option.
I should have a full review of both Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus soon but for right now, the international model is definitely the way to go if you need to root and install custom ROMs.
