HTC Evo 4G LTE Unboxing!

I received a surprise mail yesterday, it turns out it’s the new HTC Evo 4G LTE! I still hate any type of patent trolling but am so happy that I finally got this phone.

First impressions?

Compared to the HTC One X, its original brother, the HTC Evo 4G LTE is a bit thinner or at least that’s the way it feels to me. I really love how Sprint brought back the kickstand from the OG Evo 4G, now you can use the kickstand in two different angles plus much sturdier.

Other than that, I was a bit disappointed that the new HTC Evo 4G LTE has 4G LTE capabilities but it’s not available in all areas. Which means you are stuck using Sprint’s 3G, which is a lot slower than other 3G+ networks like HSPA+.

But, other than that, it’s a great phone, great camera, and probably a great upgrade to your Evo 4G or 3D.

I just can’t wait until Sprint’s 4G LTE arrives here in SF Bay Area, hopefully sometime soon, I hope!
