App of The Week #1 – Mobdro, How to Watch Free TV on Android!

I will be doing app of the week on every Tuesday, this week’s app of the week is Mobdro, an app that allows you to watch free TV on Android.   This is a really cool free app that is not on the Play Store yet it allow you to watch free LIVE TV that includes hundreds of channels from all over the world including U.S., U.K., Canada, France, Germany, etc…etc…  How this app works is it looks for existing free online TV streams and brings it to the app so you can enjoy free TV.  While resolution quality isn’t the best in the world, this will allow you to enjoy free TV from anywhere in the world.  When you are outside of your home country and the country you are staying at doesn’t have any U.S. TV channels, this is a great way to watch them overseas right on your Android device.

If you get their premium service, which only costs like $6/year, you can also cast it to your TV using GoogleCast/Chromecast.  It will also allow you to easily record TV streams and share them on the cloud.

How to Install Mobdro on any Android device, no root required:

Step 1. Download the Mobdro APK and install it.

You may have to check “Unknown Sources” ON in order to install.

If you have trouble installing or finding the downloaded file, use ES File Explorer app(free on the Play Store) to install the Mobdro APK file.

Step 2. Run the app and start enjoying free TV from all over the world.  THAT’S IT!

Below you can see I am streaming LIVE TV from a French TV channel.  This can also be great for those of you trying to learn another language!

You can also try other cool free TV Android apps like ShowBox APK and UKTVNOW.
