For those of you with a Galaxy S4, Note 2, S3, Note 10.1, or Note 8.0, there’s an easy way to enable all apps for multi-window now using the Multi-Window Manager App.  Before, the user had to install a custom ROM or a multi-window MOD to make this work but with the app, all you need is root.

The stock Samsung firmware only supports multi-window for few selected apps like stock browser and GMail. By using this app, you will easily enable all of your apps for full multi-window.

You will need root for this app so make sure your Samsung Android smartphone or tablet is already rooted before installing the app.

Once the app is installed, enabled all of your favorite apps for full multi-window is easy, simply enable it and reboot. Once rebooted, you will be able to use your selected apps in multi-window.

    Hey maxx
I install the multi windows on i717. It shows me the app I want to enable. But I don’t see any multiview soI’m afraid it doesn’t work on the i717. If you find a way, I would be greatly appreciated.

To be more detailed, I gave access root and restarted the phone. And I still got no multi windows.

I’m affraid that your device needs to have multi window already installed from sock rom and this app will help you customize the shortcuts on the multi window.
Stock muti window only come with a few apps on it and this will help to add almost all your app shortcuts to the multi window.

I have a rooted GS3 with AOKP ROM.

Theres no multi-view option, I cant swipe to the right and split my screen in half to use two apps at once like you do in the video. Any thoughts on how to fix it?
