Here’s a really cool app called Hovering Controls App, that allow you to add hovering shortcuts to any Android smartphone similar to the Air Gestures found on a Galaxy S4.
For those of you with a Galaxy S4, Note 2, S3, Note 10.1, or Note 8.0, there’s an easy way to enable all apps for multi-window now using the Multi-Window Manager App. Before, the user had to install a custom ROM or a multi-window MOD to make this work but with the app, all you need is root.
Most U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Verizon, will charge you an extra “tethering monthly fee” (around $20-30) if you want wifi tethering enabled on your phone so you can share your phone’s internet with other wifi devices you own such as Android tablets, desktop computer, etc…etc…
For those of you who want to run your favorite apps in Phone mode or Tablet mode (such as Netflix shown above running in tablet mode with a Galaxy S3), scale fonts, keep screen ON, or even change language on “app basis”, you can do it easily on “any” rooted Android smartphone or tablet device running Android 4.0.3 or higher.
