this rocks! i was just looking for this! thank you for another public service, Max! btw, can you tell us the source of this file? i’m sure you have made certain this file is clean and free of defects yet with malware for android increasing exponentially every day, i’m sure your readers will like to know for certain that this file is safe! for that, they’ll need a source to verify its legitimacy. thank you! :)

I’m tempted to install, but have to ask… Anyone else running this yet? Any issues?

Playstore discontinued flash player , the only workaround is to download the apk from other source like this and works like a charm. Those apple shitheads think that people would stop using adobe flash just because they said so, but in practical people still do use flash and they access from mobile device. Google pulled it out because adobe stopped developing further version on flash apk on mobile devices.

THANKS FOR INSTRUCTIONS AND THE APK.
Will be able to get it running on my wife’s Straight Talk SGH-S959G piece of locked imitation of i777 and our Nexus 7.
I just don’t get why Adobe would stop dev & support for Flash on Linux when 75% of the phone market is Android/Linux and rising, not counting tablets and PC’s. There’s a ton of sites with Flash content and it’s not like Adobe has to build a Flash Player from the ground up. I’m sure there’s a good reason… I just don’t get it: Flash already has such a BIG piece of the pie, who cares about the other “what’s his name” phone. What if they charged $0.99 per download on Google Play Store. You think they would get $TON+ a year and counting!
Please be polite with the replies…

        DON’T USE IT ON TRACFONE/STRAIGHT TALK/NET10 SGH-S959G
It’s still on Ginger Bread with NO foreseeable official upgrade.
Will look for an older apk file and let you know how that works.
        Warning:
Do not try to root this version of the Galaxy S2, leave that for the pro’s. Google it if you don’t want to take my word for it. You have been warned.
