For those of you wondering which network has the fastest 4G LTE in Las Vegas, Nevada, I did a speed test on The Strip to show you which network has the fastest speed.

For this speed test, I chose The Strip as I got full bars on most of the carriers and also a great test location since many of you who visit Vegas will stay there.

Now, this speed test may differ in other parts of Las Vegas but it should still be great information when you are deciding between AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. For the record, Sprint does not currently offer 4G LTE service in Las Vegas at the time of this video.

In my test, I found that T-Mobile had the best 4G LTE speeds, both download and uploads faster than AT&T and Verizon nearing 14Mbps download and 7.5Mbps upload. Verizon had second best 4G LTE speeds nearing 12.5 Mbps download and 3Mbps upload. AT&T did worst, sort of flickering between 6 to 9Mbps download and under 1Mbps upload.

Now, I did a bunch of tests inside the casinos and the hotel rooms I am staying at. Where I did the 4G LTE speeds may tell you which network has the fastest 4G LTE speeds where you get great signal but this differed when indoors.

As for coverage, I found that AT&T 4G LTE does the best indoors. In my hotel bathroom, Verizon and T-Mobile both lose signal COMPLETELY while AT&T still had low 4G LTE signals.

Overall, I find AT&T 4G LTE had the best indoor coverage followed by Verizon and T-Mobile. T-Mobile did the worst indoors as it will drop to edge speeds in worst case connections while Verizon still connection to 3G.

So, which network is best for you?

If you tend to be outdoors or in an area where you get great signals, certainly T-Mobile is the way to go as they also offer unlimited data. But if you tend to stay indoors a lot in big buildings, you will want to go with AT&T or Verizon. AT&T and Verizon both have pay-as-you-go data plans, meaning you don’t get unlimited data.

Also, if you tend to use more then 2GB per month perhaps streaming a lot of stuff, T-Mobile will fit your budget better while if you don’t use much data, you will want to go with AT&T or Verizon.

Finally, if money wasn’t an issue (because you are high roller in Vegas), I would go with AT&T as they have the best coverage in my experience although speeds are faster on Verizon.

I hope this helps you in deciding which 4G LTE network is for you if you live near Las Vegas, Nevada and don’t forget to tell your friends about it also!
